CAREER:

Gary and April Greer have lived in Temecula for nearly 18 years and know the city well.  They started selling real estate when housing prices were coming around in 1998.  The city underwent a huge growth spurt and now calls itself home to over 100,000 residents within the city limits.  With a small town feel and an over abundance of sunshine, good schools and low crime...real estate is a great investment.  Gary comes from a background of small business ownership and construction making him a key component to the real estate team.  April's background is in property management and she brings experience with all different types of personalities as well as a key knowledge of finances.  Together they create a very polished Team Greer.

FAMILY:

The Greer family includes twin boys, Jack and James, that are 8 years old.  They make their home in a neighborhood of Temecula called Glenoak Hills.  As a family they love to swim, read, hike, snow ski, fish, boat, hike and travel.  The boys started hiking young and have built up their stamina by one mile per year of age.  So at 8 years of age they can easily make an 8 mile round trip journey.  They have been skiing since they were 3 1/2 and went down their first diamond run at 7 years old!  The boys attend a public Temecula school and play spring baseball with TYBB.  The family is a member of Rancho Community Church.  Gary volunteers as an assistant little league coach in the spring.  He volunteers as team leader for The Overhaulers, a mens group that takes on small projects for single moms and other community members in need.  April volunteers in the classroom, prepares and serves food at God's Kitchen and donates time and resources to the Temecula, Murrieta Rescue Mission.
